Starting on Mondays in October, Move as One: Devotional Yoga invites you to a peaceful space where movement meets prayer, mindfulness, and reflection. Let your body release tension as your spirit rests in His presence.

Starting this October, join Move as One Devotional Yoga—a practice that combines gentle yoga with prayer, reflection, and mindfulness. In Matthew 11:28, Jesus says, “Come to me, all who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest.”🧘‍♀️🙏

Devotional Yoga is more than just a yoga practice—it’s a chance to release tension in your body while resting in the Father’s arms.
