Stories for Salem

Stories for Salem Journalism for Salem, by Salem. We empower students to share the untold stories of our community.

Stories for Salem was founded to help Salem embrace the diversity of our community. To this end, we have a team of community members, West Salem High School students, and Straub Middle School students creating a publication spotlighting Salem's many underrepresented communities. In April, Stories for Salem will hold a diversity celebration, where the community will be invited to listen to community leaders speak about the importance of storytelling and diversity, and read the diversity-themed publication.
