I realized a long time ago that woven within the very threads of my being is the deep desire to empower others to become fully realized while embracing the truth that we don’t have to travel the path alone.

My own transformational experiences afford me the ability to be authentically myself and allows me to create a space to honor others as they do the same. Whether we have a coaching relationship or you are attending a workshop or class, I walk beside you, encouraging you and guiding you along the journey. How would we learn and grow and attain our goals otherwise? Tempered with laughter and compassion, you are free to dream and express your greatest hearts desires. Together, we create an operant foundation to bring these to fruition. I bring a unique perspective to all life’s circumstances. I share this by challenging you to look at life differently, teaching you new tools to approach challenges turning them into opportunities and aha moments. I listen deeply, am fully present, available and supportive. I am also available for speaking engagements and as a workshop presenter to your group or organization. Any or all of my workshops may be adapted to your needs from a 1-2 hour program to a half or full day or weekend retreat. Life is an adventure into self discovery....discovering what you believe or what you were told was right and true....just because grandma Sue said it was so, doesn't mean it is for you. Being your authentic shelf is shedding the beliefs, thoughts or ideas handed down to you,,,,things you observed or we told don't necessarily support you on your journey. I remember when I began walking my path of discernment and felt as if I was betraying my family when in fact, I was unwrapping "ME." Stay the journey Beloveds,,,,you will be deeply grateful you did. The world is awaiting your uniqueness.

Don't allow others to treat you as if you don't matter....you do,,,,let them go. Never make these individuals a priority in your life when you are only an option in theirs.

You are attracting those who will recognize your worth and treat you accordingly. Your tribe is seeking you as you are seeking them.
