Well… this definitely wasn’t on my bingo card.

I hadn’t opened my cooler since Sunday and didn’t realize the GFCI outlet had tripped. Today I opened it to find 135 pounds of cheese headed straight for the trash.

Owning a small business comes with incredible highs… and sometimes expensive surprises. You take a deep breath, clean up the mess, clean everything up, and keep moving forward.
