Below is your invitation to our 55th Class Reunion!! Can you believe 55 years have passed so quickly???

Couple things:

1. The SHS annual all classes event will not be held this year.
2. New boutique motel has opened next to former Telmark (now Pour Restaurant) in Ellicottville. It is called The Lincoln. https://www.thelincolnevl.com/ Give it a look
3. If there is interest, we will try to set up a ‘tour’ of the ever evolving SHS sites. Quite remarkable. Let us know. https://www.salamancany.org/

5. If you are unable to attend, let us know how you are, what you are doing these days, special things in your life just now. We will read it the evening of the reunion.

Perfect evening 'on the porch' at ECC. Several of us gathered to catch up and have a laugh or two... topics covered a wide range with travel, family, recent and pending surgeries😅 Please mark your calendar for our 55th reunion. We'll be back at the MacMillan estate with barbecue hosted by Bill and Judy and Steve. Exact date will come soon.

Class of '70... we've cancelled our 50th Salamanca High School class reunion, as you know. This has been done out of an abundance of caution. But that does not mean you can't prepare for our rescheduled event July 2021. Came across this little video. Use it for quarantine/isolation/distancing exercise! Maybe we'll have a little Dick Clark American Bandstand dance contest:) Wishing you all well... be safe.

Classmates,

Following conversations with Bill and Judy MacMillan, our class reunion team, and SHS Alumni group, we will be canceling our July 10,11, 2020 reunion until July 2021 out of an abundance of caution during this outbreak of the Coronavirus.

Clearly, there are more questions than answers regarding the return to normal life and just when that will be safe for all. To best ensure the health and safety of us all, and to avoid the back and forth of attempting to gather this fall, perhaps only to have to cancel again, we felt canceling events for this year at this time was best for all who may be making plans to attend.

Would you take a bit of time and pass this information along to classmates with whom you are in touch, in whatever mode, so that we are sure all are reached.

We hope you are each, and all, safe and well. Our wish and prayer is that we all weather this crisis and can gather next summer to TRULY celebrate lasting friendships, memories of shared times, and better days together.
