We’ve called Salado home for the past 18 years, and it’s been a great place to raise our kids. Our schools have played a big role in that, and I’ve seen firsthand how much they matter, not just to students, but to the entire community.

Over the years, I’ve tried to stay involved where I can, coaching, and volunteering. Those experiences have given me a real appreciation for what makes Salado special.

As we continue to grow, I think it’s important that we hold on to the values that got us here while continuing to support our students, teachers, and families.

If given the opportunity, I’ll do my best to serve this community the right way, by listening, asking questions, and always keeping our students in mind.

Big congratulations to both our boys and girls teams for bringing home the District Track Meet titles! What an incredible accomplishment and a testament to the hard work and dedication these athletes put in every day.

Wishing all of our athletes competing at the Area Track Meet today the very best of luck. Go compete, represent, and make us proud.

What a season for these incredible young women!

Our Lady Eagles made history this year with the program’s first-ever State Championship appearance, and while the final result wasn’t what we hoped for, there is so much to be proud of. This team showed heart, resilience, and determination every step of the way 💪❤️

I’d like to introduce myself. I’m Will Tipping, and my family and I have called Salado home for the past 18 years.

My wife Traci and I have been married for 20 years, and we’re proud parents of two great kids, Grace and Wyatt, who have both grown up in Salado schools.

This community means a lot to us. We’re fortunate to have such a strong school system, and I believe it plays a big role in why Salado continues to grow. As that growth continues, it is important that we hold on to the values and culture that make this place special.

I’ve spent my career as a pharmacist, serving others and working with people every day. That experience has taught me how to listen, think through challenges, and always put people first.

I’m running because I care about this community and want to see Salado continue to grow in the right way while keeping what makes it such a great place for our families and students.
