I have a semi-private Reiki Level 2 class on July 25-26th coming up with a couple of spots open. This is a small, intimate group and we will dive into the advanced teachings of reiki with a focus on distant healing and using the sacred symbols that are part of this healing system. Lots of practice time and self transformation. Class is open to those who have completed level 1 and who would like to retake level 2.

Reiki Level 2 training is this weekend April 29th-30th at Bella Prana from 8:30am-4:30pm. This is the advanced practitioner course which covers remote reiki, higher frequencies of reiki, and advanced healing techniques for self-healing and healing others.

Inspiration for Black Sheep. I know I’ve shared this before but it constantly inspires me. I see you black sheep, thank you for blazing a new path in the generational script.

Thank you to these beautiful souls for gathering with me for our New Moon Circle.

These circles teach us how to be vulnerable, how to listen and be heard, how to be without judgement, how to hold space for one another. The world can be harsh, there is a lot of resistance out there and it shows up as hostility, anger, lack of patience, canceling out people, hierarchy, prejudice, and phobias.

When we come together in sacred circle, we change how we choose to be in the world despite all of those things. We add to the collective more patience, love, peace, and equality.

We must remember the ways of our ancestors and how they gathered under the cycles of the moon and seasons to be together and hear one another. Our world is changing with technology and AI advancements, but the ways of our souls are unbroken. We must remember what it is to connect soul to soul with another person.

I feel so honored to guide these circles. Every month, I explore the energy of the moon and how it wants to communicate with the circle. I connect to my herbs in my home apothecary and feel which ones have medicine to share. I listen for the sounds of spirit and what songs want to be sang while I prepare the tea. This is my soul’s work, my heart expands each time more and more. And I too receive the healing I need to remember that there is a purpose for these gatherings.
