Wow!!! The 20-year reunion was great, but last night completely outdid it! Amazing night!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, especially to those who traveled from out of state, and a special shoutout to John Murray for making the journey all the way from Dubai. What a great group of people!

Waking up this morning, reflecting on all the stories shared of the past and the good times last night, I feel 10 years younger! Very happy to catch up with everyone and learn about your paths in life.

A special thanks to Robbie & Kris Blankenship for the legendary after-party. Epic!!

Looking forward to the next one! After the vibe last night, we’ll be stepping it up to the next level!

For those of you who weren’t able to make it, you were missed but there in spirit.

Hurricane update:
There was no flooding or damage at all at our hotel for the event so we are good to go for tomorrow, looking forward to seeing everyone

Just a few quick updates about 30 Year Reunion Saturday.

Weather looks like it will pass by Saturday but our event is rain or shine with an indoor option at The Hollander Hotel if needed. 😁

Dress code is dressy casual. If we keep the party going shorts, sneakers or flip flops are not permitted at most downtown places.

We’ve got a great turnout and we’re all very excited to see everyone for a great reunion!!

This tracks for me…how about you? 🤣

I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Rice Method” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.

"Nothing has EVER worked so fast for me!", I said with a BIG smile.

Even the nurses were complimenting me on my transformation and asking me how I had done it at my age.

It was the first time in almost 2 decades, I left my the doctor’s office feeling good about myself.
