Ready for an event filled day?! We sure are!
1. Join the Sierra Club at noon on the steps of City Hall to rally against Amendment 1. (The City Hall address is 175 5th St N, 33701.) Speakers will include Mayor Kriseman, Sierra Club Executive Director Michael Brune, SEIA President Tom Kimbis, City Council Member Darden Rice and County Commissioner Ken Welch.

Beach cleanup supplies are now available for checkout at the waterfront! We have nets, gloves, bags, sifters, & trash pickers. Check them for a quick beach cleanup, or for your next kayak trip!

Proceeds from every pint of Sweetwater purchased at the Tavern from now until September will be shared between Student Environmental Awareness Society - USFSP, SG's Department of Sustainable Initiatives, USFSP Environmental Science and Sustainability Club, & the Garden Club. USFSP search committee will be interviewing for the position of Visiting Instructor in Environmental Science THIS WEEK and would like for students to attend the candidates' interview presentations. Presentations will last approximately 20 minutes and will be directly followed by an opportunity for Q&A.
