Safe! Made it thru the windy (very VERY windy) rain last night. Barely slept, it was loud and intense, really sounded like the roof was going to be taken off by the gusts.

Mindfulness exercises are simple and don't take too much time but are powerful tool for improving ones quality of life. Something as simple as slowly sipping cup of tea and really using all your senses, turning off the mind and running dialogue and just truly being fully present in the moment. Try it and see how refreshing and rejuvenating it is!

Colors communicate so much about our emotional state, they also impact the way we feel. I encourage you to notice the colors that feel most comfortable to you, make a conscious effort to incorporate those colors into your life. Something simple like adding new articles of clothing to your wardrobe or changing the color of your desktop background image or cell phone wallpaper. Its amazing how color can change your mood.
