What’s up everyone! Sorry for the hiatus but the Holidays were crazy! One thing we did get to do this winter was check out Osteria Tampa off franklin street. It was amazing 🤤.. awesome drinks, delicious food and some 💣 cinnamon buns. Have you guys got to check it out yet? If so what was your favorite item, comment below! @ Osteria Tampa

We have also begun to move into the private party and corporate events as well! It’s been amazing getting to meet so many new people this year!

In case you missed it, our little project was able to be a part of a very special night. coming out party! It was such a fun time getting to meet everyone and get lots of awesome shots! AND we got to meet and his AWESOME vintage ice cream truck. So. Sick. He caught this awesome shot & you should def go check him out!

Rowing and Circuits at the studio! We plan to add so many more classes very soon! Including a row&flow (yoga and rowing) as well as some specialized classes to give people what they really want on that rower. VKNG-row.com for more info!

Soldiers ready for battle! We have a saying at “The Erg always wins” (erg is another name for an indoor Rowing machine). We are constantly focused on developing our bodies and minds as we push our limits in every class. There is always one more stroke, an extra meter, or more resistance. That’s why the erg always wins, but our victory is what we take from every workout.
