Today we started "No tech gamers week" camp.
Today was all about Mario game. Students participated in a variety of challenges and made arts and crafts related to the theme.
The Art of Science Program integrates art and science with hands-on fun activities for kids. Teresa Restom Gaskill has a Ph.D.
Meet our team: Egle Mateo and Teresa Restom Gaskill
Egle Mateo has a degree in Arts from Lithuania. She specializes in drawing, painting, basket weaving, glass and pottery. in Botany from the University of Hawaii and a Masters in Ecology from Brazil. She teaches Biology at Saint Petersburg College.

This Monday we are starting " No tech gamers week" ! This camp is sold out, but we still have spots available in other weeks. If you are interestested, register on our website. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us, we will gladly answer all you questions and concerns.
Summer Camp 6/22-6/26 "No tech gamers week"!
This week kids will learn and play Mario, Zelda, Minecraft, Among us, Animal Jam games... in real life!
We have many hands-on activities planned that are related to the games mentioned above.
For Thursday 6/25 we will have a visitor, Space Bus! Kids will go to investigate this amazing space craft, solve clues and immerse themselves into interactive space exhibit!

Today we concluded "Uncovering the past" Summer camp week. This week our students learned about paleontology, human evolution, pirate treasure, crown jewels, art history.
It was a great week!

The Tampa Museum of Art will be opening an Ancient Egypt exhibition! How cool! We are so excited, and plan to visit the exhibit to get more inspiration for our summer camp.

Did you know that you can sign up for a day camp at The Art of Science?
If the camp is not full, you can sign up for one or the few days only. Contact us for availability.
Also you can sign up for only after care 3-5 pm. You don't need to be in the camp to come and play.

Yesterday we started "Uncovering the past" camp.
Our museum curators worked in the paleontology field, they dug for dinosaur bones, identified dinosaur footprints, dissected owl pellets, made dinosaur skeletons out of pasta and more.
