This week kicks off Love Your Body week! This week encourages you to reflect on all your body does for you, not just how it looks. Your body helps move you to class, answer complicated homework questions, expressed all of your emotions, and so much more.
To give a physical reminder of this weeks goal, St.Pete HEAT has brought back the long missed “Mirror,Mirror” project. Mirrors have been covered in various bathrooms around the campus, encouraging students to take a minute to relax and reflect upon what all their body does for them.

The mental boost you get from adventure travel can be even more significant than the physical one. Being exposed to the new situations that travel brings about can also reboot your brain in ways you never thought possible.

This past Monday was National Read a Road Map Day! PEERS is here with a basic roadmap of our own to create a healthier you. The first step is to pick a goal. It could be to go for a walk every day or eat better foods. The second step is to understand why you want to achieve this goal. So, you may want to go for a walk to get some fresh air or clear your mind. You may want to eat more veggies to feel better about what is going into your body. Lastly, you want to figure our resources to help you achieve this goal. So, you could find a buddy who would want to go on the walk with you or visit the school nutritionist (yes, USF offers one) to make a meal plan.
