🌿Introverts: Struggling to Speak Up?🌿

Introverts often struggle to speak up in class. NOT because they lack ideas, but because the setting itself can feel overwhelming.

Done traveling?
For the first time in years, I’m stationary again and able to work “in-person”. After years of working online—through a mix of Zoom calls and online courses—you’d think in-person coaching is the way to go. However, I remain skeptical. Why? Because there’s no one-size-fits-all solution.

While some students prefer the flexibility of online resources, accessing them without the pressure of direct interaction, others thrive with 1:1 coaching, benefiting from accountability and a trusted guide to help them stay on track. Interestingly, an increasing number of teens—whether due to the convenience of online learning or social anxiety—prefer to get to know their coach “passively” first by watching online content before engaging in a Zoom call or an in-person meeting. And that’s the beauty of it—every student is different and has unique learning preferences.

Finally, in my experience, the choice often comes down to budget. In-person coaching can be an ongoing investment, while an online course offers a one-time solution that can be revisited anytime. However, when it comes to academic success, a combination of both might be the key to long-term progress.
