HEALING HAPPENS IN COMMUNITY.

WANT TO HELP? Read on.

My women's community, St. Pete Girl Boss, is joining forces with my dear friends' similar groups, Tampa Bay Women’s Professional Network and Working Women Of Tampa Bay, to create a supercommunity of women to best help impacted community members and community members' loved ones.

Our combined efforts are designed to assist the over 20k members of St Pete Girl Boss, Tampa Bay Women's Professional Networking and Working Women of Tampa Bay as well as direct connections to active members in immediate need in the aftermath of a disaster, such as the recent Hurricane Helena.

We foster our beloved members in these times, so our women and those they love can get on their feet and pour back into each other so we can recover collectively.

ADHDers: Can you focus at a desk?? What do you do to keep yourself on task?

I made a little list of my favorite ADHD office essentials! What would you add?

My top three:

A visual timer (amazing for pomodoro strategy or just for watching how much time I am spending on stuff)

A chair I can sit in like a child (or a yoga master), because I cannot sit in a chair as it was intended (ever)

and my Loop earplugs.

If you have ADHD, research indicates that one of the BEST things you can do is spend time outside every day.
Anything counts - gardening, the park.

A walk is a double whammy as exercise also helps alleviate symptoms.

How much time do you spend outside?
