365 days of missing you.
365 days of still hearing your sleepy sigh in the other room.
365 days of not kissing your muzzle while you rested.
365 days of underestimating how all of you was a part of me.
365 days of missing you.
I miss Jo so much that my heart still hurts at the thought of her.
I slept more before work. I sat with the animals more. I released guilt. I ate chips š¤£. Social media will have you forgetting absolute rest is recovery and that goals and hobbies should not be all consuming. According to my feed, EVERYONE is more disciplined than I am. Sometimes I have to stop against my own will to put my pursuits in perspective and remind myself there is always someone more fitness than me. And that is okay. Iām not here to win every award - Iām here to win me.
At some point Iāll share the past two months and more, but today I jog before brunch with the girls! Happy Saturday!
