defensive reactions. You’ll also learn how to recognize when others are using defense
mechanisms as well.

Parents Supporting Parents (PSP) is a supportive space for Hmong parents and caregivers of children with disabilities to connect, share experiences, and uplift one another. Together, we honor our culture, support our children’s growth, and build a stronger community for our families.

HECC is seeking an independent contractor to serve as our Evaluation Consultant. The consultant will lead evaluation efforts, collect and analyze data, interpret outcomes, and provide recommendations to strengthen program impact and continuous improvement.
