It’s move-in day at the Minnesota State Fair and we’re officially back on the fairgrounds!

The trailer is parked, utilities are getting hooked up, supplies are moving in, and our 10th season is starting to take shape.

Fair food cravings before the BIG fair! Can’t believe it’s already this month eeeek!! It was nice to see familiar faces vending and also being able to try and support new (to us) vendors. We move into our spot at the Minnesota State Fair next week so we’ll be busy wrapping up our PRE-pre-fair activities over the coming days.

Hope everyone is getting their stretchy pants ready for the ! We’ve been on a little break since the Kickoff to Summer but start our engines back up in two weeks. What are you most excited to eat?!

Back to the 50’s opening day! Since we don’t get to explore as much during the , this is a fun event to go to as an attendee to walk around and people watch. It’s also interesting to see how other food vendors operate so we can find new ways improve at our stand in August.

Stop by our sidewalk sale for Fresh Vietnamese iced coffee this weekend (Friday 6/12- Saturday 6/13). We have commercial kitchen equipment, supplies, and an assortment of domestic goodies.
