Brother Yusuf M. A student here to share what he is learning in medicine, religion, self-development, and politics. My name is Yusuf Mohamoud, a medical student at UW-SMPH.

I wanted to create a more public page for people following my content. It also makes the content more readily available, because I do not have to accept friend request! I hope to write email newsletters, make posts on FB and Instagram reels, and create content on YouTube about the things I am learning and about the journey of my mind. My mind is not special, but I am in the medical field. I am a Muslim in a secular world. I am a thoughtfully developing human who reads self-help books. I am a citizen who thoughtfully chooses to vote or not vote based on the person... not the party. I am a person striving to be the best family man. I am someone who thinks long-term about the development of the Twin Cities communities. The average Joe, struggling with these questions. If any of those subject areas appeal to you, go ahead and follow. Also, chime in. That is one of the main reasons I am publicly showcasing my mind - its to benefit from the public as well.

ITS FINALLY HERE!!!! Well… at 12:00pm!

Let me tell you something. Starting a YouTube channel during medical school is unbelievably hard. But I thank Allah so far for blessing me with several guest, an amazing cameraman, and a co-editor who all are doing this because they believe in the cause.

This first episode was suppose to air a week and a half ago. But so many technical difficulties made that impossible.

My channel is hopefully going to benefit everyone with the type of videos I have planned revolving around the medical field. But right now, it’s going to be a simple character development arc.

I’m trying to choose a specialty in medicine. There are SO many, so I got one of the most wise and handsome residents in the hospital who gives big bro vibes to help work me through how I should think about it!!

Please like and subscribe, god willing. These metrics are huge so that the video can benefit as much people as possible.

Bismillah. Finally. God has a time for everyone.

After finishing my Step 1 exam and completing multiple exams for my school, I had a ton of work to start on for this YouTube channel. I have built the identity, the direction of the channel, and then hopefully the next 6 months of content ideas I hope to make.

As of today, I have shot 4 videos! Two more planned next week as well. Will talk more about these videos and start publishing soon!
