Not only did I have the privilege of helping them sell their townhome in Shakopee, but I also helped them secure an off-market foreclosure opportunity in the area they wanted to call home.

My 2025 production has officially qualified for RealTrends Verified.

For those who may not be familiar, RealTrends Verified is a national recognition that ranks agents based on real, verified sales production—transactions and volume over the course of the year. It’s not based on opinions or popularity, but on consistent performance and results.

What makes this especially meaningful to me is what it took to get here.

It wasn’t one big deal or one lucky break.

Last year was not easy. I was managing another business that became a major drain on my time and energy. I sold my home, went through a move, and didn’t fully go all-in on real estate until August 2025.

But even with all of that, I ended up surpassing my goal of 30 transactions for the year.

That’s what this represents to me.

The early mornings. The late nights. Staying consistent when things feel uncertain. Continuing to show up for my clients no matter what the market looks like.
