Dr. Kells from the U of M is a leading expert in Bed Bug Research; he and the U of M will be putting on a Seminar February 29, 2012 9am – 3:30 in St. Cloud @ 402 2nd St. S
Dr. Stephen Kells is regarded by many to be a Leader in the Bed Bug Industry, with most of his research being done at the U of M Minneapolis campus.
I have personally read many articles written by Dr. Kells and find his information some of the BEST in the entire industry. So, if you were going to attend 1 event make it this event, or send someone from your office.

During our interactions with our customers we have noticed that Second hand items are one of the top 5 reasons people are bring Bed Bugs back to their own home and creating infestations in their own homes that could cost Thousands of dollars to eradicate. We would also include Traveling, staying in Hotels, having quest sleeping over and of course staying at someone house that already has a Bed Bug infestation in the top 5.
One of our customers Carol bought a TV for $15, months later Carol paid us $3,000 to eradicate bedbugs from her home. This is becoming a very common occurrence and should be avoided at all costs. Another example a student bought a mattress from an estate sale, to her surprise she also got BED BUGS.

Shoppers at secondhand store should be wary of items, such as clothing and furniture, that may have bedbug infestations.
