Office: VP Admin + Finance

Duties: My duties include a lot of the paperwork behind the scenes to keep things going! From keeping track to attendance, to keeping track of the meeting minutes, to making our yearly budget, I do my best to keep the chapter organized and punctual!

Fav part: I love a good excel sheet, and keeping things organized! It’s super satisfying and also rewarding at the same time to help keep everything seamless. It’s also super fun seeing exactly what our dues are going towards, and all of the fun events we can have thanks to an organized budget!

What are your duties?
For VP Recruitment, my main duties are organizing recruitment events and planning rush week. For VP Marketing, I get to run the Instagram account and make flyers for events. For New Member experience I am in charge of welcoming our new members and helping them learn about Alpha Gam and transition into initiated members!!

What do you love about your office or offices?
I love being able to bring new girls into this sisterhood that I love so much! I love that I get to play a crucial role in adding to our amazing family!

Advice for anyone looking to go Greek: My biggest piece of advice is to not let it overwhelm you! You’ll meet some of your best friends who will support you through highs and lows. It’s so worth it!

Chapter President and Member Experience

What are your duties?
As president and member experience, I serve as both a leader and a mentor. I guide the chapter’s operations and oversee my officers in their roles. I offer them guidance, helping them grow as individuals and as leaders. I also focus on creating meaningful experiences for members such as organizing sisterhood retreats and implementing programming that supports personal growth and leadership development.

What’s your favorite part of the office?
My favorite part of these offices is watching members grow. Seeing members gain confidence and blossom in their roles, not only as officers but as members of our organization, is incredibly rewarding.

Advice to those wanting to join a sorority?
You never know what opportunities you might have from getting involved, joining a sorority was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
