I started a new page and will probably delete this one. I am not working at the café any more they didn't want to pay us then when they did pay us it wasn't for our hours worked and there was unsafe food practices going on that I couldn't be apart of so me and the other lady that had worked there for a year with no pay only getting tips quit. I get to make these spaghetti cupcakes next week for a catering that we are doing. I hope I can make the others soon too, they are to cute. I made cheesecake today it will be available tomorrow plain or with cherry topping. Come to green acres cafe behind best buy in the North shops.

Made fresh cupcakes yesterday for a birthday here in the building. We have some left over so come in and grab a cupcake before they are gone. Flavors are Cherry cheesecake, chocolate and lemon. They won't last long, hurry in. We are taking orders for cakes and cupcakes now.

Made cupcakes for the teachers at my son's school today. Chocolate and cherry chip.

Well I said I was gonna give it a shot and I did. This was my 1st 3D cake and it weighed about 20 lbs. This cake taught me what NOT to do. I tried rice crispy treats for the head and neck and that did not work so I had to use a foam head. I covered it in plastic wrap and then used marshmallow fluff to cover the head. Word of advice don't ever use that. Once I got the fondant on the head it kept oozing out and dripping out. I will definitely plan and measure things next time. We ended up at Cece's pizza, people around us and employees were taking pictures of it. I was really hoping for better but I was trying to hurry and get it done. There will be much more planning next time.

These are not my cakes but I will be working on this soon. I promised my son that I would make him an iron man cake so now I have to at least give it a shot these are pretty good ones, I hope mine turns out this good. the video link is of a guy on youtube that does the best ironman cake I've ever seen. This is the kind of work I want to work up to.

Made some white chocolate roses, gonna do some dark chocolate ones too. Unfortunitly those can only be brown, thinking about trying to dip them in colored white chocolate and see if that will work. Testing it out tonight. have more pics but it won't let me post more than 3 at a time so gonna add them to an album.

Here's my latest cake items I made. 1st pic I tried to make Olaf from frozen I didn't have everything I needed to make him it was just for practice. I used tootsie rolls for the hair and arms. The rest of the pics were my step grandpas birthday cake. He's a sheep shearer so I thought this worked well.

Would anyone be interested in this twilight shirt? I hand painted this myself it took me a month to finish. The paint sparkles a little in the light. Alice on the front twilight on the back. Its on a 2XL shirt It could be a nightgown if you wanted to use it for that. Asking $20
