đ©· Thank you, Dolly! đ©·
I don't typically share much about myself personally on my work page, but I have felt compelled to share what 'living life on purpose' has continued to mean to me:
I rarely follow the ânormalâ route, take the easy way, or do what is expected of someone my gender, age, or occupation. Because of this, Iâve always felt like I am different, and outsider, and that I do not fit in.
đ Iâm a Strengths-Based coach with degrees in Architecture and Facility Management.
đ In school, sports, and my career Iâve been drawn to male-dominated activities/sports/roles.
đ 4.5 years ago I began a new journey. I became a digital nomad. In the matter of 18 months I lived in 48 cities, within 16 states, and chose a new home over 2000 miles away!
đ I left a job I could do in my sleep to follow a passion and my purpose.
My life may not be normal for someone of my age/gender/occupation. It might not be the way others have/would live...
- BUT -
Rather than trying to fit in or force myself to be something or someone Iâm not:
I know what I do well.
I have embraced how I am unique.
And I know who I am.
Be you... Be Uniquely You.

Being a dependable do-er has been my badge of honor.
I would never say no.
You would never hear me say âthatâs not my jobâ.
And not because Iâm trying to prove I can do everything, thatâs not whyâŠ
Itâs because it takes me longer to tell you how or fix any mistakes than just doing it my(damn)self.
But when I ask for help, explain what I need and am heardâŠ
I donât HAVE to be the one to do everything.
And I feel a lot less alone. đ§Ą

When Iâm learning a new skill, having support makes all the difference.
There is just something about having someone who is there just for me, not for their own gain, but for mine.
Through all the changes in my life, the times Iâve grown the most were when someone was by my side.
When I had a coach.
Now, I get to be by their sideâŠ
When my clients say:
'I got a promotion/new job and it's not what I expectedâ or sometimes...
'I hate my job, boss, or teammates'
Supporting the growth of others, helping teams work better together, helping others embrace who they are...
Thatâs why I do what I do. đ§Ą

I'm a coach.
When I tell people what I do, I get a lot of follow up questions.
The most common one is "Oh - what sport?"
When I say I'm a Strengths Coach, they say "Oh - what gym?"
So I know coach is the right word, because everyone gets it right away...
*I help people or teams improve performance*
BINGO! - just, at work!

âHow can you say itâs not personal?â
For you⊠it kind of is.
People matter. You notice the shift of energy in the room and the change in someoneâs tone. You know when the âIâm fineâ doesnât feel fine at all.
If you have Empathy, you sense whatâs there, you feel what others are feeling sometimes even before they have words to explain it.
When weâre open to feeling the emotions, we noticeâŠ
Who needs to feel understood.
Where trust is being built or broken.
What isnât being said out loud.
How people respond when they feel truly seen.
Your sensitivity is awareness.
It helps people feel safe enough to be open and honest.
It creates connection.
It builds belonging.
You donât have to absorb everyoneâs emotions to honor them. Your ability to understand what others are feeling is a gift.
You help people feel valued, seen, and understood.

âThis âstuffâ is important, youâll see!â
Youâve collected resources that are just waiting for the right moment to be used.
Youâve probably been collecting for years, and others donât quite understand your collections. That stuff, isnât random, for you:
Itâs interesting.
Itâs useful.
It might answer a question later.
It might help someone who doesnât even know they need it yet.
With Input, youâre collecting important pieces so we arenât starting from nothing, most likely something others might have just thrown out.
Your collections might include: articles, quotes, books, tools, notes, and ideas.
and sometimes⊠even people (maybe youâve âgot a guy/galâ)
You saw the value in these items before others know what to do with it.
When you share what youâve collected, you help usâŠ
Find answers faster.
Solve problems with better resources.
Make connections we wouldnât have made.
Use what already exists instead of recreating the wheel.
Your resourcefulness solves problems others didnât see coming.
You collected exactly what we needed.

âWhose voice is missing?!â
Maybe not everybody needs to be included, but you canât help but notice who is missing.
You notice the voice that hasnât been heard, the one who wasnât invited, the person quietly wondering if they belong.
If you have Includer, you genuinely believe people matter. Everyone.
You know what it feels like when someone is left out, overlooked, or treated like their voice doesnât count and you donât want anyone to feel that way.
When weâre open to inclusion, we noticeâŠ
Who hasnât been invited in.
Whose perspective could change the conversation.
Where belonging creates trust.
How people contribute more when they feel seen.
Your ability to notice who is feeling left out creates belonging. You remind us that every voice is important.
And when people feel included, theyâre more willing to show up, speak up, and contribute the special perspective they have.
You donât just make room for others, you make people feel like they matter.
