Without a completed application on file, DSPS will not be able to connect your certificate to an application. This will slow down the transfer process. Follow the steps in order on the application.

We have updated our WI One Hour Endorsement Course to make it more user friendly. Our course is fully online and accessible on a phone, tablet or computer. Complete the course at your own pace. Certificates are submitted to DSPS every morning.

UPDATE - Effective 6/1/2020 - State Board Exams proctored by DL Roope have made some changes.

Now ONLY disinfectant wipes are allowed at your exam - No Sprays.

Limited Time - you are allowed to simulate your Hand Sanitizer and Disinfectant. Check the DL Roope website prior to your exam to see if this temporary change is still in effect.

Face Masks - all candidates are REQUIRED to wear a mask for both practical and written exams. If your state requires models, they are also required to wear a mask.
