Principal Wins

I've been on a quest to reignite my spark lately… what about you? I'm dedicating this Saturday to nurturing my connection with my husband and intentionally creating space to breathe and be present. I am hopeful my work mind doesn’t take over.

We are all in that crazy swing of school year starts …… hard doesn’t mean bad, thinking about quitting isn’t the same as quitting, remember you are where you are because you are where you need to be in this moment.

Yesterday’s win, I did not bring work home with me.

Today’s win…. A student (TG) who never smiles, smiled and hugged me today.

Sunday anxiety is real…. Do you having a winning hack to help? Share….

Our school had the first in person meet the teacher event since before COVID. Greeting families and students in a reduced anxiety setting was beyond exciting. Our night was a success.

Step one: Acknowledge that we matter. Find positive ways to promote a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Step two: Life work balance requires some intentionality. Step three: Post a daily win. Big or small makes no difference because your win matters.
