The story that holds them back comes from the generations before them, from being a "mom", their friends, teachers, bosses, and randoms at the coffee shop. BUT, the stories stick because they just don’t know any different. I was stuck in the story that I had to make things really hard for myself. {for a long time}

Like, if I wanted the big launches, I had to have the rock-bottom moments, too. So, guess what, that is exactly what I created for myself. 🙄

I watched other coaches selling with ease, while I got stuck trying to make everything perfect, be in all the places, and prove to everyone I was doing the best I could. I thought it was selfish, like I was taking the easy way out if I just announced something and then people signed up.

👉 But, that was the goal: tell the people, the people pay me, I get to help them change their life - from the beach…

See, this whole online business thing is a mess of women competing with other women, trying to prove something, trying to be better than the next person, trying to outdo the men… but the good majority don't understand that it’s an inside job. If you keep comparing yourself to what you see on the internet, and doing the things you think you SHOULD do… you will stay stuck and eventually have to quit because you can’t live your life on a hobby. You have to realize that what manifests on the outside is what is coming from the inside. It isn’t about them, their business, their lifestyle, their systems… it’s about what you believe. What do you believe to be true about your business?

🔥 Do you think people want what you have? I see a lot of people say they have tons of friends and engagement, but they don’t get sales - because they don’t ask! They are helpful, giving, waiting their turn...

“When they’re ready they’ll come to me, I am manifesting X clients by Y date”

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been there too… but at some point you have to realize no one is coming to save you. The mortgage has to get paid, the car needs gas, the kids need to eat. Look, I learned the hard way that this doesn’t have to be hard. I believe you are deserving, I know you are ready and I know that you can do this. I talk to women every week who struggle to overcome things that they LOGICALLY understand, but on a subconscious level keep recreating. When we work together, I help you not only see what your story is, but give you a clear plan to overcome it, starting immediately.

All you need is support and accountability; if you know you have what it takes and are already making money, if you are ready to put in the REAL work, and if you are done making excuses…

What have we learned in the last 2 years…

👉People have come to realize you can’t trust a “j.o.b.” to provide for their families, that your “stable income” can be taken from you in a breath and that there are other {ahem, better} ways to pay the bills - and actually LIVE, not just paycheck to paycheck

👉We have also learned that you can't just be you and say what you like without an angry mob showing up with pitchforks

👉Many of us have distanced ourselves from many platforms because of the new woke rules and many people have struggled to keep up with “news”

👉We are in what I like to call an information-vortex 🌀 and the information is subject to change - and boost your anxiety to ATH’s

So, with so much going on how TF do you actually do it?!

🤔How can you feel good, grounded and stay profitable?
🤔How can you make more money without working 90 hours a week?
🤔How can you stay informed but also sane?
🤔How can you actually support your family, make money, and feel peace in the info-vortex?

The most important thing here is being educated on what is really happening. Not to get lost in the noise of the vortex, but to research, form your opinion and then honor it.

You don’t need validation and I promise you are not the only one with those thoughts, feelings and values.

Find your tribe and love them fiercely. You will find your IDEAL crew when you are being YOU! {It rhymes even}

Almost everyone wants to own crypto {& everyone should IMO}

But where you buy it matters, and where you hold it matters, too!

Cryptocurrency is an asset, and it should be protected like any other.

💰 Make sure you OWN your crypto - if you don’t have the keys, you don’t own it

💰 make sure you are in control and no one else has access

💰 do you research before you invest! Not all coins are created equal and not all coins will produce an income (some may take $, when given access to your wallet!)

💰 connect with others who understand and invest, there is a LOT to learn and it’s easy to get messed up

💰 be cautious of al the companies “allowing” you to purchase crypto on their platform- just because you buy it does NOT mean it’s yours or that you can use it to pay for things (crazy ik, but it’s real)

PayPal, Robinhood, Venmo, cash app, they are NOT wallets.

💰 be VERY cautions of “platforms” claiming that if you invest, they’ll 2x, 5x, 100x your money 🤦‍♀️

I could go on… the point is, know what tf you’re doing so you don’t lose 🪙 like I did last spring and so many other newbies do…

My work looks different than most people’s definition of “work”

People ask me all the time: what do you “do” specifically {because making money comes easy to me and everyone wants that, right?}

The way most of us were raised went something like this:
Get good grades
Pay $$$$$$$ for a piece of paper
Get a good job
Work hard to impress the boss {and hope for that promotion}
Get married
Have 2.5 kids
A dog
White picket fence

BUT That s**t doesn't fly anymore

🚨I don’t need to ask for a promotion - I create one
🚨I don’t need a piece of paper - I educated myself and surround myself with people going where I want to go
🚨I tried the marriage and cute fence thing - not my jam
🚨I was blessed with 3 kids {and now 3 dogs}

And because of my experience and the education I have gotten and the people I choose to take advice from, I have redefined my definition of work

🔥It is energy work & inner work
🔥It is writing because that is my art, it's what I love and it's how I resonate with people and help them realize they too can redefine their lives.
🔥Its being real and vulnerable and sharing myself with people
🔥Its boundaries
🔥Its rest, meditation, tapping, napping, Netflix-ing
🔥Its connecting with people from bed or the couch or the beach or wherever I want, really
🔥Its trusting my gut and doing the things I feel compelled to do or say or be
🔥Its waking up everyday and DECIDING who I will BE today

😉Yes, its taking coaching calls, its trading, it’s answering messages

It is ALL my “work” but it doesn't feel like “work”

And when it starts to feel like that - I rest. I go to the beach. I dance. I take a walk.

And I trust that ^^ that part - the tending to ME first - is what makes me successful
And it is what draws people to me and my business.

How can I help women change their lives and patterns if I don’t go first? 🤷‍♀️

Not everyone is cut out to be an entrepreneur - but if you are - you need to redefine what you want and how you want it.

Because you can make all the money but if you aren’t BEING the person you want to be… the money won’t matter because you will still have the mindset that things have to be a certain way

…and they don’t 😘

Someone reminded me yesterday that people are watching - even when you think they aren’t.

Our job isn’t to convince or prove or GET anything.

Our job is to provide, serve and lead.

If you think what you do isn’t making a difference, it is.

Keep going.

Don’t stop.

Don’t take silence for lack of interest.

Everything is working out exactly like it’s supposed to.

You never know what’s going on behind closed doors.

And, you never know when something you say or do will completely change the trajectory of a person’s life.

We’re all in this crazy life together.

Trust, have faith… and don’t quit

Do you have someone (or many) who questions what you do, why you do it, they just know that you’re fu***ng everything up… or worse they assume that you’re out to get them?

These people can become real roadblocks to our success.

The little backhanded comments, the under-breath snickers, the sighs and eye rolls…

The constant reminder that you’re different, you’re wrong, that you aren’t enough and what you’re doing isn’t good enough, that you’re not worthy of “that type of life”, that you being you somehow imposes on them and their life

👉 (side note: you make them uncomfortable in their being - that’s not yours to take on)

It hurts, and if we allow it to affect our energy, it can leave a permanent impression. Then we feel like we have something to prove, we have to prove them wrong. We have to prove ourselves right.

That feeling of having something to prove - is YOU handing your power away.

✨What if your being “different” is your gift?
✨What if the way you do things is your art and it’s meant to touch people?
✨What if you were right all along?

What if you see them, love them, forgive them and what if you send them love so they can see things differently?❤️

What if you take responsibility for your part, refocus and stay the course.❤️

Your path is different from theirs, and different than everyone’s.

That’s why it’s YOURS.

What is your vision? Why do you think it’s a “someday” thing or that you can’t have it?

Figure that out.
Take your power back.
Set boundaries.
Raise your standards.

Go get your life.
