Your kindness and support will help our students start the school year feeling prepared, confident, and ready to learn. We can’t wait to share these with our students—thank you for making a difference in our school community!

We’re off to an exciting start at Madison! 🎉

On Thursday, our amazing community came together to help sort school supplies for our students, and we are so grateful for everyone who volunteered their time and energy.

If you haven’t heard the exciting news, every preschool and elementary student in District 742 will receive all of their school supplies free of charge this year! 🎒✏️

That’s right—when it’s time to head back to school, your child only needs a backpack and a smile! 😊

If your family needs a backpack, we’ll have a variety available—also free of charge, thanks to the generosity of our community—at our Connections Conferences.

We can hardly wait to welcome our Mustangs back for another incredible school year! Be sure to keep an eye out for our first school bulletin, coming soon!

The playground makeover has begun!

Our Chinese Immersion community put together a beautiful display for the Granite City Days parade yesterday! Thank you to everyone who came out—we loved seeing your smiling faces and feeling your support along the parade route!

This week was filled with sunshine, celebration, cherished traditions, and countless accomplishments. As we say goodbye until fall, please know that our Madison community will remain in our hearts all summer long. Madison students soaked up every second of sunshine and smiles at today’s Fun in the Sun event! From laughter to lasting memories, the magic was everywhere. Thank you to everyone who helped turn an ordinary day into something truly special!

We had another incredible turnout and perfect weather for our Madison Spring Picnic last night! Thank you to everyone who attended and to all who worked so hard behind the scenes to make it such a memorable evening. Madison is built on community, and when we come together, we continue a tradition of love, connection, and support that spans generations.

Madison Mustangs soaked up every bit of this week’s sunshine with an exciting 5th grade field day at Apollo High School filled with big wins and great sportsmanship, along with a fun-filled 1st grade field day made extra special by their amazing teachers!
