I put a great deal of love into everything i bake from cookies to a decorative cake. Everything from the cake, buttercream, crust and components are all made from scratch. After Culinary School I knew this would be my lifelong mission. Between fundraisers, cupcakes, danish and family cakes there is nothing i will refuse to do or make. The bigger the challenge the happier I am
