Around the World with Mr. Fogg in London. Creative, and beautifully designed bars with whimsical touches. Embracing the botanical theme with this Aperol, Rhubarb and Rose treat. Cheers!

English Sparkling to kick off our London visit. Gusbourne Estate, Kent, England, 2019 Brut Reserve. Tiny creamy bubbles, orange blossom, biscuits and a crisp citrus finish. Traditional Champagne blend but all grown on the Estate in Kent. Lovely! Cheers!

The Irish Sea from the coast of Wales. With a proper Budweiser. They have been fighting over the name rights for over 100 years, but in Europe this is the one and only Budweiser. Cheers!!

When in Scotland you drink scotch, but this rare beauty was a special find. Distilled in 1989 it was aged a couple years in American bourbon barrels. Then shipped to Britany France to age in Sauternes barrels (not legal now) then bottled in 2002. Thirty plus years it has soft fruit and floral notes with smooth honey finish. A very special very unusual scotch. With a stunning view as well!!

Whole fire roasted Bronzino, Red Argentine shrimp, handmade sausage Del Mar. Gorgeous evening on the water, beautiful meal and good friends! Cheers!!
