For a long time, I ignored my body.
I was hungry → “I’ll eat later.”
I was tired → “Let me finish this first.”
I needed rest → “There’s no time right now.”
I kept putting myself last… again and again.
Until I realized something important:
Listening to your body is the first act of self-love.
Sometimes burnout doesn’t start with stress.
It starts when we stop paying attention to ourselves.
