Please complete your student’s 2026-2027 First Day Packet by August 21, 2026.

✅ One packet must be submitted for each enrolled student.
✅ Complete the packet through the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
✅ Families who do not yet have PowerSchool access will receive login information or a paper packet during the first week of school.

👉 Take a few minutes today to check your PowerSchool account and submit your packet early. The sooner forms are completed, the better prepared we can be for a smooth and successful start to the school year!

We are excited to welcome our students and families back to campus tomorrow, Thursday, August 6, for Meet the Teacher Day at Treaty Oaks Preparatory Academy!

This special event is a wonderful opportunity to:

Meet your child's teacher
Visit classrooms
Drop off school supplies
Purchase uniforms
Learn about and register for after-school programs
Kick off another amazing school year together

To help provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we will be using staggered arrival times based on grade level and last name.

Kindergarten & 1st Grade: 8:00–10:00 AM
*Last Names A-H: 8:00-8:40 AM
*Last Names I-Q: 8:40-9:20 AM
*Last Names R-Z: 9:20-10:00 AM

Grades 2-7: 10:30 AM-3:15 PM
*Last Names A-D: 10:30-11:15 AM
*Last Names E-H: 11:15 AM-12:00 PM
Staff Lunch/Transition: 12:00-1:00 PM
*Last Names I-L: 1:00-1:45 PM
*Last Names M-Q: 1:45-2:30 PM
*Last Names R-Z: 2:30-3:15 PM

Important Reminders:
*Families with children in multiple grade levels may attend during the time that works best for their family.
*School supplies may be dropped off during your visit.
*To ensure all families have an opportunity to meet teachers and visit classrooms, we kindly ask that visits remain brief.
*Following the recommended schedule will help support traffic flow and parking availability.
*Representatives from our after-school programs will be available to answer questions and assist with registration.

Join us LIVE for a “Lunch and Learn” with Principal Gifford and Associate Principal Doyle this Wednesday, August 5 at 12:00 PM on the Treaty Oaks Preparatory Academy page!

Families will hear important updates about Meet the Teacher, the first week of school, academic programs, school culture, and what students can expect as we begin an exciting new year at T**A.

This is also a great opportunity for prospective families to learn more about the T**A experience and discover how we are helping students develop Strong Minds and Good Hearts every day.

Families are encouraged to submit questions ahead of time, and we will answer as many as possible during the live event.
