They only way to make a change is to start by questioning why you believe this, too. 🙊
If your honest, to some level you feed into this. Hell, I do also.
Society has taught us that collared shirts, knee-length skirts and dresses and jackets will make people take us women more seriously.
My response to that: fck it.
I’ll choose to wear whatever I feel good in, get as many tattoos as I want and STILL be an expert in female leadership coaching c-suite women 🤌🏻
