What this includes
Course Description
As of February 2022, the Department of Transportation (DOT) requires that anyone seeking a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in any state must complete an Entry Level Driver Training course that meets minimum standards. Our Class A Online ELDT Course provides this federally mandated requirement in a self-paced, enjoyable format that can be accessed anywhere, on any device, with an internet connection. Upon completion we will submit proof of your course completion to FMCSA, then you can take the ELDT behind-the-wheel training from an approved provider.
We are now offering for online services for students age 15-17.
To obtain a Learner's Permit in the state of Florida
1. First Time Driver Package.
Course Description
The Florida First Time Driver Package includes the 4-hour Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education (TLSAE) Course, or Drug & Alcohol course, and the official online permit exam. The 4-hour TLSAE Course is required by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for all first-time driver’s license applicants under Florida Statute 322.095. This course must be completed before taking the Florida Permit Exam and applying for a learner’s permit in the state of Florida. This course is also required for licensed drivers under 21 years of age who have received a notice of suspension for driving under the influence of alcohol. After you complete the 4-hour TLSAE, you will take the Official Florida DMV Permit Test Online. Upon successful completion of the official exam, you will be eligible to receive your Florida Restricted or Permit Driver’s License at your local DMV office. The test is approved by the Florida Department Highway Safety Motor Vehicles (DHSMV). The American Safety Institute (ASI) is a 3rd party provider that offers the permit test online. Please note: If you are not under the age of 18, you must take this test at the DMV.
2.First Time Driver with Practice.

Permit Prep Test
Course Description
You will select the Permit Prep test if you want to sign up for the DMV practice test. The practice test will get you prepared for the DMV Permit test and help you increase your chances of passing the permit test on the first attempt. You will be able to take the exam twice.You will also be able to review and study the correct answers after you take the practice test. Please note: This is ONLY a prep test. This does not count as the real DMV Permit test.
