Hello! I am so excited to introduce my new wellness page! Let me introduce myself! My name is Tara, I’m a mom to Georgia who is 7 and Lionel who is 3 and married to an amazing guy! I have Bachelors degree in Nutrition, certified in eating psychology and am a brand ambassador for Arbonne. I wanted a space that I could inspire healthy living and get back to our roots of nourishing our bodies. We live in such a hectic busy world that sometimes we forget to hone in on ourselves. I am here to tell you, we need to slow down and take care of our mental health and physical health. Thank you for following and reach out to me if you have any questions!
