Memories from beautiful Orcas Island. I lived on Orcas from1979-2002 where I met fabulous people and amazing experiences of growth.
I have taken photographs for years and wanted to make a book of photos but things changed so fast I never completed the task. But I did take photoshop classes and made collages of Orcas Island. This is dedicated to my friends that are forever awesome..I will return!

A glimpse of Roger Purdue and Hulda Coffelt's wedding at I.O.O.F. Hall. Roger worked at Wilkerson's Shop, then inherited the business, which was a blacksmith shop, and turned it into Purdue's Gas Station, and service station as automobiles became the normal means of transportation on Orcas.
