Over the past few years I have felt the impact of slowing down, less energy, 😔 less motivation, and not feeling my best. But I know I am not alone in this.
That is why I created AIM 2 WIN a free and supportive community where we prioritize movement mindset and progress over perfection. 💪
I recently asked the group what challenge they wanted to focus on next and they voted for movement not just exercise but intentional feel good ways to get our bodies moving every day. So starting tomorrow we are kicking off our 30 Day MOVE Challenge where we will commit to 20 to 30 minutes of movement daily walking stretching strength training yoga dancing and more. No pressure no expectations just showing up for ourselves and moving in ways that feel good.
💡 This is a completely FREE group - no spam - no selling - just real people supporting each other on their wellness journey.

The AIM-2-WIN community voted and we will be kicking off a new water challenge this coming Monday to help kickstart the New Year.

What an epic first week of 2nd grade.
This will be our 3rd year of homeschooling and to be honest - AJ and I love it.
From the support of the Visions in Education staff to the freedom we have with picking curriculum.
AJ LOVES his science, math, bike rides, painting, and more but he loves that we get to pick what works for our family and him.
Thank you for always being there for us & here’s to the new school year!!
PS - what 7 year old says he wants to be a movie director!? He knows because that’s what we get to work on. Omgosh I love homeschooling!!

Tried to get a simple pic... we washed the car, painted rocks, watered plants, sang and danced... this will be the fun memory pic that shows our attempt at a nice garage pic! Lol

Father Son Day in full effect! So happy that these two got to have a full day together.
Between moving to a new rental in EDH (so grateful for), mommy getting a new job, AJ starting 1st grade and homeschooling still... it’s been quite the adventure the last month!
No matter what we give it all to God and thank God for everything we have gone through and everything we have.
This day between father and son was something special and bonding ❤️
