The beauty training the young ones is that they are not contaminated with bad habits because everything learned is new. I have coached my daughter when she was in high school, my sister when she was grade school, and now I have the opportunity to coach her daughter my niece Micahlynn Eastman. She is primarily a gymnast but I finally get the opportunity to train her in the sport I love. This one is going to be a beast. Blessed to have the "bucket list" answered.

The AUCElite Training Group is up and running for the 2020 USATF & AAU Youth Track and Field Season. If you have a young person between the ages of 6yrs of age and up, and are looking to have them participate or merely get more proficient in their other sport by improving speed and agility, feel free to contact me.
