Foskett Ranch Elementary will be hosting our 1st Annual St. Baldrick's Event to fundraise for childhood cancer, September 9th at 3pm. The St.

This event is being held in September, which is childhood cancer awareness month and the birthday month for our beloved alumni, Sawyer Rummelhart, who lost his battle to Burkitt’s Lymphoma after a 10 month fight. This is a time to honor and remember children and families affected by these rare diseases, and help rally support to give kids with cancer better outcomes by supporting our ground-breaki

ng research. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity committed to funding the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long, healthy lives. Every day, 43 children are diagnosed with cancer. Sadly, 1 out of 8 children diagnosed will not survive. Children's cancer affects all ethnic, gender and socio-economic groups.
