Community Alert: CalFresh Benefits Temporarily Paused

Due to the ongoing federal government shutdown, CalFresh (SNAP) benefits will not be distributed for November. This means many families in our community may not receive funds on their EBT cards until federal funding is restored.

At Love Action Int, we’re stepping up to help bridge the gap and we need our community’s support now more than ever.

Here’s How You Can Help:

Donate Food: Non-perishable items like rice, beans, canned fruits, vegetables, and proteins.

Give Financially: Your donations help us purchase fresh and culturally relevant foods for local families.

Donate Supplies: Boxes, grocery bags, and packaging materials are needed for food distributions.

Volunteer: Help us sort, pack, and distribute food to families impacted by this pause.

Every act of love makes a difference, no matter how small.
