3. Good bye to The Press Club 😢 Hello 8-Track Club! 😊 We we’re all sad to see this iconic business go, but reliable sources have told us that a new night club and music venue called 8-Track Club is opening in the space.

David, Amanda, Teddy and Audrey. While Chris was on vacation in Costa Rica back in January, Justin set up a group zoom buyer consultation. We spent the next several months discussing properties, showing properties and nothing seemed to pan out. Then one day our team found a home that we felt would be perfect for them that would be hitting the market in the coming weeks. A property in one of the best neighborhoods that Sacramento has to offer, that even came with a swimming pool and a detached ADU. We had a great time representing the Norton’s and truly look forward to seeing their young family grow into their new home. Thanks David and Amanda!
