Make a strategy.
Change it until it works.
Once it does, repeat for success.
Do one small thing every day.
Eventually, it'll add up to something huge.
Don't wait 'til tomorrow to start living.
Some days you need to eat more and exercise less.

HOW TO MAKE YOURSELF AN EASY "COMPLETE" MEAL!
Half of an 8-egg omelette for the family! (I ate the other half!)
4x egg whites
4x whole eggs
2x small diced tomatoes
2x small diced carrots
1x diced garlic clove
I cooked the tomatoes, carrots, and garlic, and while it was cooking, I got the eggs ready.
With a little bit of practice, it's easy to eat well AND keep it simple!
