When society pushes parents for pre-k/TK its crucial for parents to know what happens in the long run. Early education shouldn't be based on academics or sitting at a desk. It doesn't work & it doesn't benefit the child in any way.

A long-term study of a statewide preschool program tracked students through the sixth grade and found those who attended prekindergarten falling behind.
