Opportunity knocked and we answered, so we landed in Kansas. Working with some awesome partners that are helping us in expanding our real estate investing journey.
This project is one of the rewards for stepping out of the comfort zone. First new build in the community for resale in over 10 years. It’s great to experience when the local government wants to support and work with individuals to grow their community.

Inspections to perform before closing on the properties is the key that can help in avoiding costly mistakes. Termite and Septic inspection that saved us in these transactions.

Grass Valley Project. Largest project we have tackled as a flip and was a very educational process.

Housing shortage creating great opportunities. Friend in San Diego building ADU on his property, 400 sqft of Art studio down stairs for his personal use and 400 sqft apartment on top to bring in rental income of $2K.

Making progress! Everyone decided to show up on Monday morning.
Grass Valley project in the works! This has been our most undertaking project so far. Made some progress this week emptying out the house/basement and taking down some exterior buildings. Removed 6 truck loads that was about 15 tons of debris for today and another 20 tons waiting.
