Congratulations on today's challenge
lei_ body circuit called (Thunderbolt) which is 10 exercises with 80 reps each. Previous times ranged from 25-27 mins. Huge improvement in strength endurance today.
lei_ is a high school student working on her full training cycle for track and field season in 2022.
