Amiga, welcome to spring! 🌸 As the world around us blooms with new life, so too do we have the opportunity to shed old stories and embrace our worthiness. 🌿✨
In the spirit of spring, let’s remember the lessons of renewal and growth. Just as the earth composts the old to make way for the new, you are composting the stories that no longer encapsulate your being. 🌱💖
Celebrate the ways you are remembering to know yourself as worthy, enough, and open to receiving love in every form. 🌼 Embrace this season of transformation and step into your power with confidence and grace. 🌷

Amiga, say this affirmation with me: I can breathe into the discomfort of taking courageous action when what scares me also fills me with hope + possibility. 💗
I hope you can see all of the ways you have shown up for your growth and challenged the small-fitting containers people have tried to box you into. You have shape-shifted for survival and adapted to ecosystems that were not always resourced to nourish you. And now you know you need and deserve more. It’s okay that you get frozen and are fearful of what’s next; this is an invitation to remember your power and stay tuned in to what feels best + necessary for the dreams within your heart. “What if…” holds complexity + duality and I invite you to breathe into curiosity + affirm your capacity to be courageous.
You are the safe, loving, nurturing + compassionately responsive adult that your inner niña always needed and you deserve to cultivate a life where you can experience confidence, safety, play, joy + pleasure without shame or self- abandonment. Te lo mereces, amiga!

🌱Interoceptive awareness is our ability to sense and interpret signals from within our bodies, such as heartbeat, breath, and sensations of hunger or discomfort.
🌱In embodied activism, this awareness plays a crucial role in connecting to our bodies and emotions, empowering us to engage in transformative action from a place of attuned safety, discernment, empathy and beloved stewardship of our internal resources.
🌱Mapping how you experience your world from a roots up approach can offer so much insight as to how to grow in sustained alignment within your ecosystem. Cultivating space to expand your somatic vocabulary is a powerful practice for self-awareness and can help each of us reconnect with the disembodied parts of our being. Our bodies hold immense wisdom + messages to invite us into bridging communication between our inner + outer worlds.
🌱By deepening our understanding of our bodily experiences and emotions, we empower ourselves to co-create within communities + our lives with greater clarity, resilience, and compassion. Take time to listen to your body and nurture your somatic vocabulary, one sensation at a time.
💖use the next few slides to offer yourself some space to reflect + connect with your inner world. consider how you may be an empowered witness to your emotional-physical-spiritual wellbeing + release shame, stigma and/or self judgement for how you notice, make-meaining + process your feelings/ experiences.

Hola amigas! 💖 Earlier this week I shared about safety being necessary to access joy, especially for those of us who are healing + learning to grow in self-trust. How we conceptualize and internalize safety is different for each of us ; in the rush of everyday life + holding multiple responsibilities, we can sometimes feel lost, unearthed and in activated [or dissociated] states. That said, getting to know how we experience our emotions, where they are held within our bodies, what we need to process + be present, and learning to be a loving witness to our inner world is a journey that deserves resourcing!🌿
There are so many ways to offer yourself grace + root in inner safety. Today, I offer you five empowering embodiment practices + somatic exercises to resource you to invite you to nurture safety within your body + be in loving relationship with your inner niña. Together, we can practice the pause + co-create nurturing spaces where joy, playfulness, and authentic expression can thrive!🌻💕

If we are in a constant state of stress or dysregulation within our nervous system, it’s hard to imagine what joy can truly feel like. 😓 Who has time to play when there’s a thousand things to do? How can I locate joy in the every day when my energy is consumed in trying to simply navigate stressors? 🫠
the reality is that tension is a natural experience- these parts of us we wish to push away often hold messages and purpose for the areas we are growing into along our journey. ❤️🩹🌱
✨The shift is in your relationship to the stressors.
✨The shift is in empowering your mind to be a loving companion + witness to your body rather than autopilot into critique and disconnect.
✨The shift is in practicing the pause, locating your breath and giving it a vessel to steward, communicate + process what it needs.
✨The shift is in resourcing your inner world to be a space of safety + self-love so that you can make-meaning + move towards possibility rather than feel stuck in defeat.
✨The shift is in meeting the discomfort (shame, guilt, fear) of prioritizing your needs with self-compassion + curiosity rather than talking yourself out of pursuing what is sitting in your heart to do.
💖We cultivate safety + grow our capacity to experience joy when we allow ourselves to be included(and CENTERED) in our ecosystems of care; your needs are not a burden. Expressing your needs is not a shameful act, it is an invitation to be witnessed in your humanity. People that love you want to love you well because your thrivance is collective thrivance. Claiming space is a generative act. We learn how to grow alongside one another when we calibrate + invite each other in to tend to each other’s gardens. Boundaries are not just what sets a limit of tolerance- it is an invitation to be in joyful connection + right relationship with you!
💖what does it look like to be in deeper awareness + connection with all in your ecosystem? How do you cultivate safety so that you can expand your ability to experience joyful connection? What vessel of movement does your breath need when you feel disconnected from your joy?
🌻Call it in amiga. Es tu vida. You are so worthy of a joyful one. 💕
