I felt so depressed and unhealthy in these before pics last July in 2023!

Over 200 lbs and winded when I walked down the hall 🫣. BMI was in 30s and my blood work was teetering on the edge! My doctor was starting to talk medication! I was devastated when I saw the family Disney photos!

It was the final straw!

Fast forward 18 months I am down 40 lbs and can walk at ease without heavy breathing and sweating!

But the best part is my BMI is still dropping and I cannot wait to see my latest blood results!

I will be 60 in February! I have never felt sooo good!
