If we are so busy looking, judging or having opinions about others … our personal challenges get overlooked.

Sometimes this is intentional
a.k.a. avoidance and sometimes it’s an unconscious coping mechanism
a.k.a. keep myself busy so I don’t have to look in the mirror.

We as humans complicate things, yet we crave a smooth clear life as soul. Take a moment to send love and light to all those that you are judging or just even distracted by, and then listen for the ‘quiet’.

It’s at that moment that we have the opportunity to sit with ourselves & our creator, take a true “look in the mirror”and start to shift the challenges of life from the inside out. 🙏🏼 Choose well for yourself & live a life of wellness.
