Throw your hands up in the air like you really don’t care! This is my favorite song!! Why?
Because it brings me joy!
if you have ever felt this emotion say Amen! We as a society to many times focus on all the things that go wrong and the sad emotions and frustration and friction in our lives. I remember doing a research project on conversations around me at restaurants, ball games, church and friend groups. I found that out of this process there wasn’t any talk of happy moments. We focus on the things of the dark side way to often. I’m not saying those things don’t need to be addressed but when you take a look at yourself reflection of your life and yourself and those that you’re around how many times are you talking about things that feel you with joy that you would want to throw your hands up in the air and rejoice. Go through your day today and throw your hands up in the air and rejoice even if it’s rejoicing that you are alive. Make it a HAND RAISING DAY!!

Mindfulness is a powerful practice that involves intentionally focusing one’s attention on the present moment. This comes without judgment or attachment, to thoughts and feelings, or external distractions. It is the art of being fully aware and engaged in the here, and now, with a sense of openness and curiosity.How to get this full potential of mindfulness is to take at least a few min a day and meditate with a breathing technique. Just let your thoughts go and focus on each breath. As you exhale let all the stress and tension go. This is a min process or can be a 25 min process. Take time today and be mindful. Follow my short meditation just for you l. I think of those who only have a min a day whom are on a short@lunch break or in between calls. You’ll be amazed at how your day will feel lighter.

Do your self a favor today and write down 5 things you want your world to look like ?

Now look at this 5 things and
Write these words down
Physical
Spiritual
Emotional
Mental

Now write one sentence under each word that says what you desire that word to look like to you in your life.

Now as you go through the next day focus on those sentences and at the end of the week write down under those sentences how each of those words showed up in your life this week and how did you feel?
