🎭 Field Trip Feature:
CYT Immersive Experience

Have you ever wondered what happens behind the scenes of a student theater performance?

During the Matilda Immersive Experience field trip, students had the opportunity to explore the many elements that bring a production to life before the curtain even opened!

Students were able to observe the cast rehearsing, ask questions about the production process, and visit the hair and makeup room to see the preparation that takes place backstage.

Students also received concession vouchers, with a portion of proceeds supporting local charities and community organizations.

One of the most memorable parts of the experience was the interactive nature of the performance itself! Audience members were encouraged to participate by cheering for protagonists (not villains) as cast members moved throughout the aisles.

Students even had the opportunity to join in the β€œclass revolt” against Ms.Trunchbull by purchasing paper airplanes to throw at the stage alongside the cast!
